Jean Cabrera a visual effects specialist with a variety of skills in creating 3D animations . His exceptionally artistic design skills along with his many 3d software skills are his valuable tools that help him produce high quality work in the industry. Under the influence of his father who is a traditional 2d animator and storyboard artist, Jean’s career goal in life is to succeed his father’s profession. As an avid artist from a very young age, Jean always had a personal goal of striving to create digital artwork that the whole world can enjoy.
Jean’s excellent creativity and multi-tasking ability are his strengths. He is a well rounded individual, able to create art digitally and traditionally. He is familiar with the full Adobe package and uses 3dsmax and Maya regularly. While Jean specializes in animation, he is able to perform many other tasks as well such as lighting, modelling, texturing, compositing and render setup. He enjoys sketching still life and creating characters. He is very well-organized and can perform as a great leader in many situations.
Jean is currently residing in Toronto, working full-time as a motion graphics artist. He is always open for future opportunities He hopes to gain even more experience as he advances further into his career.
